A Certification Program: Why?

On one hand, we see hundreds of very competent trainers who get into the intercultural field, work alone, are constantly reinventing existing tools and are faced with the same challenges regarding clients: prospection, sales, preparation, delivery and follow-up.

On the other hand, we see client companies who find it difficult to determine what "intercultural" can mean today when faced with the diversity and the unmatched quality of offers.

As a result, Global'Ease would like to bring solutions to this apparent dilemma, by offering trainer certification. We can thus guarantee companies quality in terms of pedagogy and methodology. To the trainers, we guarantee both teaching and sales tools and resources as well as an international network.

This initiative was put in place with and for trainers in accordance with their needs to have an enriching career and to be able to benefit from the experience of other trainers while sharing their own experience in exchange.
