What is the value of the certification in the intercultural training market?

For over 15 years, Global’Ease has pioneered training programs in multinationals, business schools, chambers of commerce, SME’s and non-profit organizations. More than 15000 participants from 90 countries have attended our seminars. Our approach and training tools have been validated regularly by our clients and our participants.

The certification offered by Global’Ease is a commitment made to our corporate clients as well as to the trainers.  For clients, it is a guarantee regarding the content of the session and the quality of the trainer. For the trainer, it is a license to use a tested and recognized training approach with access to ready-to-use powerful and practical tools. As an added benefit, trainers can leverage their commercial opportunities and interact with other trainers who share a positive approach to diversity and thriving in an international context.

Please note that our purpose is not to deliver an academic degree. We offer a professional and commercial certificatie that acts as a quality label to bring more visibility and transparency to a growing field.

Once certified, which courses can I deliver?

If you follow the Country Expert Program, you can only deliver seminars on the country for which you took the certification. If you wish to deliver more courses, you can join the Trainer Path.

If you follow the Trainer Path, you’ll begin by choosing your specialization of mobility or management. If you choose “Mobility”, you’ll be certified for the “Preparing for your international assignment” course and will have access to different formats, material and complementary resources to adapt the course to different contexts.

If you choose “Management” you’ll be certified for the “Working in an intercultural environment” course and will have access to different formats, material and complementary resources to adapt the course in different settings.

If you wish to become specialized in both, you can purchase the Trainers’ Manual for the complementary course and follow the self-study program. Or, if you prefer, you are welcome to join a specific train-the-trainer session for the new courses you choose. In this case, you’ll benefit from our trainer’s discounts.

Can I use Global’Ease tools in my own courses?

You are free to use Global’Ease tools in your own seminars as long as

You respect the copyright of the material you use

You don’t sell your courses as a « Global’Ease seminar ». Only the certified courses can be sold as Global’Ease seminars

If you wish to have your own courses integrating some Global’Ease material validated by Global’Ease, this is possible. The cost would depend on the time the LAB has to spend on it and would be agreed on beforehand.
