The Hubs: Our Client Centers in Europe and in North America serve international clients by coordinating and deploying multi-country and comprehensive solutions. They supply you with a system for Design and Deployment of your Worldwide training strategies
The Network: Global’Ease Certified Intercultural trainers and country experts deliver local services in a way that is consistent with our worldwide promise of quality. The Network supplies you with the external resources that complete your training offer.

What does the certification program involve?
The Global’Ease Certification Program is a process by which trainers who want to enter the intercultural field receive training, materials and ready-to-use tools to sell and deliver the Global’Ease classic seminars. Our training materials are all based on a “Full Potential” approach to thriving in an international business environment.
The first step of the process is focused on the trainer’s application form. This allows them to introduce themselves, express what they hope to gain from the certification process. It also allows them to take stock of the different experiences that have led them to choosing this field and determine their strengths as an intercultural trainer.
Following this,
for the Country Experts (country-specific courses):
They follow a two-day initial course that provide them with an overview of the different trends in the intercultural field over the past 50 years, an understanding of the Global’Ease “Full Potential” approach as well as the basic Global’Ease tools
They then receive the Trainer Guidelines and templates for the Country-Specific courses which allows them to adapt the seminar for their country of expertise. They also receive a self-study program to work from and prepare the course
Once the adapted manual has been screened by Global’Ease and the trainer feels confident about the course content, they can organize a “validation session” to ensure they have mastered the delivery of the course.

For the Trainers (generic courses):
They follow a two-day initial course that provide them with an overview of the different trends in the intercultural field over the past 50 years, an understanding of the Global’Ease “Full Potential” approach as well as the basic Global’Ease tools
They then choose their area of specialization – management or mobility – and receive the detailed Trainer’s Manual of the course as well as a self-study program to work on
They follow a two-day train-the-trainers session to review the course content, practice delivery and receive feedback so that they can hone their training approach
Once they feel ready to deliver the full course themselves, they organize and deliver a “validation session” to ensure they have mastered the delivery of the course.

How long does it take to be certified?
Depending on the training schedule and the time you dedicate to it, the process usually takes between two and six months.
I already have some knowledge and experience in the intercultural field. Can I skip the initial session?
The certification sessions are open to those who followed the initial session. This initial session allows those who are familiar with the intercultural field to discover new interculturalists and approaches (do you know 27+ of them?). It also allows trainers to take stock of their knowledge and understand the evolution and relationships between the different players and trends.
Finally, it allows trainers to understand how Global’Ease fits with the different trends. They discover the Full Potential approach and the basic Global’Ease tools that are the core of all our seminars. This is then a pre-requisite for the certification session.
If I follow the program, when will I be on you website ? When will I be a member of the network?
You are listed on the website once you attend the certification session in mobility or management for the Trainer program, or after your validation session for the Country Expert program. The certification includes your first year of membership. As long as you’re a member of the network, you will appear as a trainer of the Global’Ease network.
