Public Area: Becoming a Trainer - Fees

Last updated February 19, 2007

What is the cost of the certification program?

I think the cost of the program is low. How do you make money?

We don’t make money on the certification program. The objective of the network is to make the Full Potential approach accessible to our clients and to trainers who request it. Our prices aim at allowing as many trainers as possible to take the certification.

We therefore keep the prices as low as possible and make our money in two other ways :

Through the LAB, we sell and develop customized training programs and seminars for our corporate clients.

Though the sale of our tools and publications. This activity will grow in 2007.

I think the program is expensive. How do you justify your tariffs?

The program requires an investment of both your time and money. In return for your investment, you can expect not only the training sessions and materials that lead to certification but:

Unlimited training support as you study the course

One day of time of a Global’Ease supervisor just for you during your validation session. They will observe you in action and provide you with individual and detailed feedback

The ”Décollage program”, a self-study program to help your career as an intercultural trainer take off

The right to use the Global’Ease material (according to the license agreement)

Membership to the Global’Ease network the first year and all services associated

Can I get my money back if I’m not satisfied ?

You can cancel your participation to the Certification program at any time. In that case, the sum corresponding to the services already delivered remain due to Global’Ease while the others are refunded, based on the detailed price list of the Trainer or Country Expert Path.

Is it possible for my employer to cover the training costs?

This will depend on your employer of course as well as the local laws. In France, Global'Ease is recognized as a "organisme de formation agréé". This means that the certification program can be included as part of your employer’s training budget. In this case, should you need the required administrative documents (French “convention de formation”), please contact Anne-Claire Chêne and she will send them to you.

I’m interested in the Certification program, but the full payment is a challenge. Can I pay in several settlements?

We understand it can be difficult to pay the whole amount upfront. If you prefer to pay in several settlements, please give us a call to discuss and agree on a payment schedule that suits you. Then, we will ask you to return a signed agreement statement that confirms the way you’ll proceed to payment (bank transfers or checks) and the set dates.
